We absolutely loved the community feel and cute rooms at this property. It was away from the city and had some great restaurants nearby. the Ijen tour with Ali as the guide was fantastic and everything went smoothly.

The value for money was great, as the room was cosy, clean, and had a rustic charm. The location was surrounded by lush greenery, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff, Maya and Djoko, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant.

Amazing Breakfast and Helpful Staff
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Didu's Homestay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, especially the banana pancake with chocolate. Maya and Djoko, the hosts, were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They organized a trip to Mount Ijen for us, including a guide and a visit to a hidden waterfall. They also picked us up from the station, which was a thoughtful gesture. Maya and Djoko spoke excellent English and were always available to answer any questions we had. The homestay itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We only wish we could have stayed longer to explore the stunning surroundings. Despite a few minor inconveniences such as noise from nearby mosques and insects in the bathroom, we still highly recommend Didu's Homestay for its warm and welcoming atmosphere. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

The atmosphere at the hotel was incredibly relaxing, making it the perfect spot for a romantic escape. the team of staff were incredibly kind and attentive, offering us a selection of biscuits and water for our early morning tour. the breakfast itself was amazing, with a great selection of dishes. I really enjoyed the unique experience of washing our own dishes and being able to trustingly help ourselves to drinks from the fridge.
One small downside was the noise around midnight as some guests left for the nearby Ijen volcano tour. It would have been nice to have a quieter departure process.
